Have used ABC Glass in the past and they seem to skate by on the seat of their pants.The last time I called in for a replacement window, I recieved three different prices in two days,Had called back the second day to set up a repair and guy quoted me a super low price, So thinking I had the wrong company in mind, I called a few others. By the time I called back a lady had raised the price up another 60 bucks and wasn't gonna give me the first one. I had asked for new and was able to get right in. I left there with a USED door glass. Called when I got in, and of course no one answering the phone knew anything about if. Drove back next day with reciept and they would not take it out and put the new one in that I had ordered. Very shady outfit. Don't think anyone in charge knows what is going on there and if you question anything, the lady will jump down your throat! I do not recommend this company.They need to work on the management skill department.

ABC installed a used glass in my vehicle after they told me it would be new also then got an attitude with me after i questioned it and worst of all it leaked

This company is rabid. They do good work. Money is fine. But, don't disagree with the gal behind the counter or she will loose her mind. They are set up to take credit card but on a whim will change their mind and ask for cash. This is not a class act business as evidenced by their need to rebut all negative comments on this site. Shows a defensive attitude and an inability to take responsibility for their actions. Buyer beware!!!

I have used ABC auto glass many times with great results. resonable prices,outstanding turn over time and quality. Dont like to see good businesses knocked when I know they do good work and dont use used parts.

ABC was originally highly recommended to me by my roomate who buys and sells cars and has had a lot of work done there. They did my nephews rear passenger car window and my truck window, and we have no complaints. Definitely cheap and quick-- same day service. For someone like me with an old used car needing a cheap window repair, they are exactly what I needed. I recommend them.

This review that I just read is not true.There are many people out there that have nothing better than to write things about their competitors. ABC Glass has been on the honor roll for 7 years with the BBB and they were voted Best of Omaha for 4 years in a row. We have used ABC Glass for years and would never go to anyone else.

They were the best price in town by far so i asked them to fix my car window. The guy on the phone told me it would be a new window but it was not. The window they put in my car was used and scratched and come to find out they have had several complaints to the better business bureau. beware of this company, I will never use them again

last week i called around to get my window replaced in my car. I called a couple different places but abc was the best price and the guy on the phone told me to bring it in now and they will get it done fast.So i came in to there shop at about 10am and waited for THREE AND HALF HOURS for them to fix my car it was 130.00 dollars and as i was driving home i noticed the glass was not new.He tricked me good and to top it off i had guy ready to come to my house by 11am with new glass for 140.00. Dont use abc glass the guy shounded great on the phone but when you see him in person what a spook.
