It is not a place I want my grandson to be. They have several children that bite constantly and the director doesn't seem to care, just thinks of the money, not the welfare of other peoples children. My children use to be in daycare and if any child did this on a regular basis, they would be removed. Never would I recommend this daycare to anyone.

Very unorganized and always switch teachers around. Or even the kids if they are not staffed correctly. My daughter loved her two teachers and all the switching around was just confusing her :( but the way they run their buisness is unprofessional and there is no communication or compassion. The assistant supervisor amanda is extremely rude ! I Was suprised when I found out she had children of her own. You would think she would treat the parent with a little more respect and have some compassion for a worried parent. But she brushes things off and has an oh well kind of attitude. The rooms are extremely small. Her bed room is bigger. Some of the teachers are great ! But not a place I want my child to grow. Hope this helps

However just because you have a degree does not meam you do profession well. my daughter had a terrible diaper rash In just one 6 hour day! They stated she wet once and one bm. Really? I'm very upset over this as I truly thought this was it. We took her out a week later.

Center is very organized, clean, the teachers act more as loving caregivers than teachers. Owners are very involved in the center, and are there every day. Menus are very well thought out, and better than I would have expected for a day care. My pre-schooler learned so much in 6 months that he passed his kindergarten test with flying colors! I am very upset that we will have to leave when he starts school in Scranton. :(

Don't know who wrote the first review, but you must be talking about the old owners - new owners are very nice, and really cleaned up the place. I asked about staff qualifications, and almost all have degrees. all staff have first-aid and have clearances. They did fire a lot of people in the beginning, probably the ones without clearances and degrees. Assistant is Jess, really sweet, and loves the kids. My daughter has learned so much in her class, she is doing things her 5 year old cousin can't do, and he goes to another day care. I would never pull her out.
