Not helpful. Pesters you to leave if you are not buying his top of the line. I don't know how this guy stays in business. Th trailers are poorly constructed with inferior welds

Initial contact: more than polite, friendly and accommodating. I was looking for a used trailer. Jim showed me a trailer I wouldnt have recognized as used and saved me a lot of money in the process. Jim worked with me to facilitate the necessary Alaska requirements. The dealer and salesman made the sales transaction seamless. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

No pressure sale. Great salesmen. Definitely worth the drive up I-5! Everything was exactly and described and promised. The transaction was really easy with no hidden costs or fees. Hey, they even threw in a spare tire! Thanks Jim.
My experience with trailer town was bad, both locations. I was sold a defective trailer and was even told by the manufacture that they were having a problem with axle clarence. Anyone with a 7x12 , 7x14 or 7x16 should check under their trailer for damaged parts. My trailer was shipped to Idaho twice. The first time I picked it up I only made it five miles down the road and the same problem happened. The trailer is fixed and works fine now. It took 90 days from the time I dropped it off at trailer town, till it was complete. I bought a brand new trailer and I own what looks like a rebuilt used trailer. Trailer Town was not helpful and gave me the runaround for three months. The manufacture was also not helpful and admitted there is a problem with some of the trailers, but has no plan of a recall or contacting owners of these defective trailers. sincerely, unsatisfied customer
