We used Pianova's service to assess whether it was worth the time and expense to restoredan old, moldy, out of tune, old upright piano, with broken strings. Ryan was honest, thorough, cleary an expert, and he helped to guide us through a total overhaul of this beloved piano. And he did so much work to restore the mechanism, the keys, the strings, and he didn't hesitate to even help with moving it, etc. We are so grateful, to be in such capable hands, and it made a long rebirth a pleasurable and supported experience. I'd recommend him at the highest level!!!!!

These guys are great! The technician really knows his stuff and was very professional. They were recommended by my child's piano teacher. I also asked the local music store and they gave me the same recommendation! My piano never sounded better, and he took the time to explain what he was doing.
