Do not take your alterations here. I brought in tank tops to have the arm holes made smaller and got three of them back lopsided. The lady and man said it was due to the manufacturer. The man was sure to take payment BEFORE he told me of the lopsidedness. I had worn the tops before bringing them in. NONE of them were crooked. When I brought them back in today the lady instantly started yelling at me defending herself which was unnecessary. I came prepared to show her the discrepancies not to argue. I asked her to stop yelling and began to show her the inconsistencies. She continued to yell that it was the manufacturer - I again asked her to stop yelling and she just said "I'm not yelling - this is just me" Ok - then please just stop raising your voice to me talking over me. I conceded the manufacturer point only to get her to stop yelling. She offered to fix the tops. So as I was trying the tops on we were discussing how to fix them - she continued to belabor the manufacturer point, raising her voice yelling despite my having conceded the point to her. I raised my hands to my ears to block the noise because her yelling was hurting my ears. I asked her for the sixth time to stop yelling. "Please just let the point go, you've made your point 10 times" She continued to elevate herself to what I would call a frenzy. Shouting "this is my business - my serious business". I was confused as to why she kept going on and would not let it drop I asked her several times to just drop it. She continued to yell and reiterate to me over and over about the manufacturer. After putting up with this for 10 minutes and trying to talk her down- ME the CUSTOMER trying to de-escalate the business owner - I hit my limit and said "Forget it. Give me my shirts" I'd had enough. Her continuous haranguing was over the top. In the end I did say a curse word to her as I was getting my tops back from her. But this was ONLY after I had sustained 10 minutes of her ranting at me.
