Established in 1963, Morningside is a nonprofit community rehabilitation organization that provides employment services for individuals with disabilities. The organization employs more than 150 people and serves over five western Washington counties through its several satellite offices. Its coastal business services group provides document imaging, custodial, communication and data processing services. Morningside offers employer services that include recruitment, employment consultation, work assessment, job analysis, and employee training and counseling. The organization operates a rehabilitation unit that provides employment planning, community access and high school transition services. Additionally, it provides business solutions, including temporary staffing, mailing, assembly and janitorial. Morningside maintains a personnel solutions department.
