  Before joining our firm, Chuck served as a deputy prosecuting attorney with the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, handling civil cases and heading up the Family Support Division for several years. He is also the former head of the Olympia Office of Child Support Enforcement.

  Kevin graduated law school and joined our firm in 2014. Kevin’s practice focuses primarily on family law, divorce, and child custody. He also has experience defending clients facing criminal misdemeanor charges.
• Premarital Agreement
  Chuck has been practicing family law with Connolly Tacon & Meserve since 1987. His lengthy experience includes arbitration, divorce, custody and support, mediation, and prenuptial agreements.
• Guardianship
  Amy serves as a family law and guardianship guardian ad litem and she mentors new guardians ad litem. In dependency matters, Amy often represents children where she advocates to ensure their rights are protected.
