My sales person that I had dealt with was Ray, I did get what I wanted but he made me feel very uncomfortable about it. I was unsure of what he was trying to do when he was working with me. I got a king mattress and one for my RV which was nice. He would say "perfectly honest" to much to me, which made me very uncomfortable almost as if it was a speech.My experience was good in the end.Would try to go when he's not working.

I was looking for a bed that had a firm mattress, quality construction, and a competitive price. I found all three at the Mattress Ranch in Olympia, WA. It was the first store I visited, and purchased the first mattress I laid on. Didn't need to go to any other store. While I was shown other mattresses, and laid on them, I knew the first one was the one. I purchased that mattress and the items that went with it and I have thoroughly enjoyed sleeping ever since.The persons who assisted me were Kyra and Keaton. Both were professional, courteous, and friendly. My questions were answered respectfully and fully. I was taken through the paperwork step by step and at the end of that process I had clarity and understanding of what I was signing and my responsibilities. My husband and I just relocated to Washington. We needed a new mattress and had watched the commercial about Mattress Ranch. When we walked in we were greeted by their courtesy staff. We were schooled on the differences of the mattresses and found the perfect one for us. They were not pushy and had our best interest at heart. Thank you!

Tacky? yes. Serious place? very much so.I went in to find a bed and I did so they helped me. It was waaaaay under price range and they were so helpful and nice. not pushy at all.the only down fall was they don't deliver =( but it all worked out.

This place is just great, I went in feeling a little uncomfortable because I bring my babies everywhere with me and was concerned they wouldn't let me bring them. They were completely ok with it though! I found this amazing bed that I was even able to put on the adjustable I bought from them. They not only had everything in stock but made me happier than I have felt in a long time shopping! I would recommend every person I know see the boys over there.

Yo, this place is off the HOOK!!!!I even got to meet Ted himself, that was dope holmes!He was the flyest guy i have ever got to kno.I got a mattress from my gents at the ranch and they sold me a rolled up mattress i was like SWAAAAAG.These guys are the ones to check out yo!

Stepped into the place, felt like home! The décor was fun along with the fun people I got to talk with. Ya'll gotta stop in and check this place out sometime. The guy I spoke with even knew I was a hunter from the sticker on my car! I left with two things in my head, they knew what they are talking about and they want you in a mattress you want, not the most expensive.

OMG IT WAS SO GREAT, LIKE I WENT IN THERE AND I WAS LIKE HEY I NEED A MATTRESS. They were so helpful and nice. I got just what I needed and more, I SAVED MONEY!!!
