Founded in 1959, Lawyer Nursery grows and markets a wide variety of deciduous seedlings and transplants, rootstocks, shrubs, conifers, fruit rootstocks, budded fruit trees, ornamental trees and shrubs and an array of conservation plant material. The company farms more than 500 acres of prime nursery land utilizing advanced, state-of-the-art methods of root pruning, wrenching and nutrient management. Lawyer Nursery facilities include offices, packing sheds and warehouses. In addition, the company maintains and operates more than 500,00 square feet of humidity-controlled cold storage space. Lawyer Nursery has growing operations and a sales office in Plains, Mont., and additional operations in Olympia and Connell, Wash.
