Dr Horsman is one of the kindest, gentlest doctors I have ever met. He has treated both my husband and sons for several different things. His new associate seems to be just as wonderful.

The receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and changed her tone of voice as soon as she found out that my insurance was not accepted. We all know it's about reimbursement and when I suggested this, she became hostile and basically hung up on me. I reported her to her manager and hopefully, she was counselled!
