I just read a review that said Dr. Luteyn's front office staff was rude and the overall vibe was negative. I couldn't disagree more. I moved from Seattle to Tumwater in the summer of 2011. I had no knowledge of the area and no referrals from my Seattle doctor to any doctors in the Olympia/Lacey area. I looked in the telephone book and the Internet and was lucky enough to make an appointment with Dr. Luteyn. Dr. Luteyn's front office is managed by Sandra. Sandra is warm and friendly, patient and helpful. She will take the time to answer and explain any questions you have. I have seen her deal with problems and difficult people but have never seen her be rude to any of these people/patients.

I have not met Dr. Luteyn but definitely very disappointed with the front office staff who does not possess the personable / compassionate character required in dealing with patients. This particular staff would hang up the phone/ rude, must be overworked but this is not an excuse.
