I had my car being repaired at capital collision. They promised the car to be ready on friday, then they said it will be monday. On monday, they said it will be tuesday, and on tuesday, you guess it. So i called the manager, he won't compensate my extra days for the rental car.i suggest you stay away from this shop if you want your car back in time.

This shop is professional, courteouse and timely. The whole experience from beginning to end was easy for me. They assisted me with every aspect of the repair experience, including setting up my rental car for me!!! My car looks better now than when I brought it in. Not only did they repair it, but they cleaned it up for me too. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repair!!

you couldnt ask for a more professional shop. Both my insurance and the others who hit my vehicles insurance companies recommended capital collision. I took my vehicle to them, they did a great job, and I feel they treated everyone involved very fare. Car looks great and Jeff was wonderful. Good job guys.
