I have used Blue Ribbon for about 5 yrs and a lot of others before that. A new one each time and not really getting great results with any of them until I found Blue Ribbon. I have a very light beige carpet and have them out quarterly for the traffic areas and once a year for the whole house. They take the time to treat spots and go back over them if they do not come out easily. We moved about 3 years ago and the even though the previous owners had the carpets cleaned a couple of weeks before we moved in, they had several little yellow stains left by the 3 puppies they had. Blue Ribbon was able to remove them as well as other stains that were left by the previous cleaners. I have referred several friends to Blue Ribbon and always get great reports from them as well. They are fast and reliable and most important to me, thorough. I had a sick room accident a couple of years ago and they were there the same afternoon to remove the stain. I will not use anyone else. I had my carpets cleaned a yr ago from Blue ribbion. My red area person rug bled through. a few monts ago i had them cleaned again. They did the heavy pressure with the rest of the house then changed the steam pressure with the red 12 by 10 red rug. It turned out very good. I will now get my carpets cleaned this sat. I like the friendly service. One can get things cleaned the next day. It is a 24 hr open service. They don't over charge you and work around what you need.

These guys are great. I've called them many times for my home and rentals. There may be many companies around but there's nothing like dealing with a local business that cares about its work and reputation!
