Been a cus timer for over 10 years. The people are great, etc. BUT! Customer Service had one of the wotld's worst phone systems. In facy, to talk with anyone, even place an order, can take an hour of frustration. I ' be moved when businesses I can elsewhere. They must not care about anything but the short run!

Apria Oxygen and Medical Supplies has the worst customer service we have ever experienced, expect 45 minute plus wait times on the phone, missed deliveries, and zero options for help when needed. When I complained about being transferred five times and put on hold 45 minutes they just told me, "Its Monday, we're busy"
