Presently, there are four outreach assessment centers located throughout the northernmost part of Mississippi. These are located in Tupelo, Batesville, Grenada and Cleveland, MS. In addition, we offer mobile assessment services in the northeast part of Mississippi. Parkwood Behavioral Health System, located in DeSoto County, is in the uppermost northwest corner of Mississippi. Approximately 7 miles south of Memphis, TN, the hospital is part of the Memphis Metropolitan Statistical Area, which serves a census of approximately 1.2 million people.
