I usually love the food at Abbay's. Had been bragging about the food to my coworkers so I decided to order a tray of the baked wing for a potluck. I had never eaten at this location so I was unfamiliar with the service. I took the wings to work and they were horrible. They were extremely salty and could not be eaten. I called the manager to express my dissatisfaction with the wings and he told me that was how they came. I had ordered the wings before at the Cordova location and they were very good. I was then asked very rudely what I wanted to do, I asked if I could bring the wings back. I was told I could. Since I live in Memphis, TN work in West Memphis, AR and do not get off until 5:30 pm. I did not want to travel to Olive Branch, MS to return the wings. I just trashed them. I know now and will tell all my family and friends not to patronize this location. A word of advice, please be aware of how you treat your customers, you never know what connection the may have.

I live nearby and eat at OB location about once or twice a month. The food is very good homestyle cooking. I get tired of typical fast food and I'm grateful Abbay's is available. The cashier has forgotten something in my order a few times but not often, just make sure you check your order before pulling away. They have always been kind and courteous. Once when they were out of my selection the manager gave me 2 coupons for free drinks on my next visit. I tried everything on the menu and only have a problem with the cabbage, they just can't seem to get it right, tastes more northern than southern. Leave the lights on, I'll be back.

Food and service were horrible. The cashier who took my order had a tacky hickey on her neck. This cashier was also manager because she was barking orders like a dog barking at the mailman. I ordered fried chicken, mac and cheese and fried okra. Chicken was greasy..mac was dry and gummy. Fried okra was inedible. I complained to manager with hickey after waiting over 10 minutes for the crew to find her. Apparently they had to go outside and get her a smoke break because i almost choked from the smell of cigerattes. Manager was very short with me and offered a dessert to make up for the horrible meal. Needless to say i will never waste my money at this "restaurant" again.
