Wonderful Doctor, PA, and staff. They are the best in town, hands down!

I am normally very pleased with this office as the doctors and PAs are very helpful and attentive. However, my husband and I have been struggling with infertility and decided to make an appointment. I then called a week later to confirm the appointment time, just to find out it had never been scheduled. My husband works away a lot and I really wanted him there with me for support. So between having to wait longer for answers and now having a rescheduled appointment when my husband will be away working I am almost in tears. I understand mistakes happen but I should have been given the appointment that I was originally promised. The receptionist was nice and did apologize but I feel as if more could have been done and I am not the type to get nasty to get my point across.

When my daughter went to visit the midwife they were running late so they cut her visit short. They just handed her an appointment card an told her if this date didn't work then to call an reschedule another appointment. She walked out the door into the waiting room where I was and told me what they said. Before anything more could be said they shut off the lights and went in the back. Couldn't even talk to them. .After my daughter had her son she wanted an IUD put in. The first month she started her menstrual they didn't have an opening Which they said was going to be no problem. The second month they didn't have an IUD the third month they still don't have an IUD. What kind of a practice is this where they keep delaying things because they ran out and they can't get any more each month because they have to pay for them outright. Isn't that the way for any business. I have never been more disappointed in a medical practice than this one. We are not going back. Terrible...

This is a great group of drs, nurses, and midwives. They not only know what they are doing but also have the best bedside mannorism I have ever seen. They are down to earth people who are absolutely wonderful. I would not recommend anyone else.
