Please, be aware of the cons that go on here... Please get ALL work in writing prior to have ANY service done. I cannot explain why I keep giving this place my business, well I do, because my cheap a$$ want my free tire rotation.... But that "is how they getcha"! My tires we due for rotation as well as being time for an oil change. I went in this morning and specifically asked for "A STANDARD oil change and tire rotation". I specifically asked because the last time I went in they up charged me for the synthetic without asking. I wasn't going to pay $90 for an oil change again. When I picked up my truck I noticed that the clerk was holding g back my receipt behind the CPU and asked me to slide my card. I asked what the total was and he quoted, "$89" and some change. I said ,"For a STANDARD oil change?" To which he replied, "No, your vehicle calls for synthetic". I scoffed and told him (and he was the same guy that took my vehicle this morning) that I specifically asked for STANDARD and that this is why I had been taking my truck to WalMart for oil changes. He went on to tell me that they were much bigger than Walmart and how Walmart has been "getting in a lot of trouble for that". He went on to tell me that he would charge me for the standard but that when I come in next time they will refuse to do a STANDARD oil change service for me. I told him he won't have the chance. This is the same company who tried to tell me my 6-month old tires needed replacing until I told them "great, they should still be under your warranty". (tires were put on in my wife's name).. All of a sudden, they were no longer under warranty because I missed my rotation mileage by 150 miles!!!! F this place!

Called Total Car Care out of the blue because I couldn't find the power steering valve on my daughters car to fill it up. He said come on in...By the time I got there the man I talked to wasn't there, but a man named Joe Megesi, the service manager, was.He gladly walked over to my car, found the valve and filled it up. NO CHARGE!!! I have found a truely honest and reliable service center for both our vehicles! Amazing how something so simple will get you sooo much. I will tell all my friends. I run a restaurant and have alot of them! 5 stars to Joe Megesi, service manager, Total Auto Care!!!!!

Tires plus on sr70 has never removed valve stems from someones car to hold it hostage for a diag charge

Had the brakes done on 4runner and ending up coming back two more times because it wasn't done right the first time.

I had my car repaired here twice and thought I was being treated fairly, but after reading these reviews I can only hope I was charged fairly, have to admit my interior lights are still turning on and this is after my car went in for check up & repairs, I guess you just never know - as a single female you always feel you are being taken advantage of anyway - I am thankful for "superpages" at least there is a way to vent when things go wrong and maybe help someone else

These people will try to charge for unnecessary work. I took my car there because my a/c was making noise, I believed it was just leaves, they "looked at it" (held it) for over an hour then told me it would cost 150 for them to open it up to look at it more closely. I did not do this instead I took it home pulled out the leaves and it has not been a problem since. My second encounter with them was similar they wanted me to pay 200 for a "bent axel" took it to two mechanics since (plus got new tires) and no one has said anything about a "bent axel." If you have a couple extra hundred (which I don't) to donate then these people are more than willing to tell you anything for that money even if they have to lie.

I had to get my car towed from the highway for over heating. Closest place was Tires Plus. I told them them the problem appeared to from a leaky radiator. They confirmed that was the problem and gave me an estimate of $700.00, $400.00 for radiator installed plus $150.00 to flush system and $150.00 to replace a $6.00 thermostat. While I was waiting I was calling around for comps and prices ranged from $250.00 to $450.00, The $450.00 estimate happened to be another Tires Plus. When I told them I couldn't go for the price and was going to take my truck elsewhere they demanded $74.00 for the estimate, when I objected to the charge they proceeded to remove my valve stem on all four tire and removed the air, leaving me stranded. I had to call the police to get things shorted out and paid there estimate charge. They tried to royally screw me. Never ever take your car to the Tires Plus.

Tires Plus is the sh!t. I love this place.

Do not go here for auto service! I was quoted for car repair that was unnecessary. Also, after paying for a "vehicle inspection", they failed to tell me about my battery leaking acid down into the car and abnormal acid buildup on the battery posts. When I called the manager, I was told that "according to their records" they had completed the service satisfactorily. I completely disagree, especially after taking it back to the dealership to be told of the items they should have caught and failed to do so. Anyone could see the battery was messed up. Do not take your car here unless you want to be taken advantage of and pay for services not done.
