Monarch II Systems is based in the Tampa Bay area and ships their new HDPE Silencer/Separator design throughout the U.S. and Canada. The company's President, Stephen J. King, has over 40 years of experience in sizing and selling liquid ring vacuum pumps for various industries. Prior to creating Monarch II Systems, Stephen was President of Monarch Engineered Systems for 13 years. As principal, he designed, built and implemented vacuum systems for various industries such as; water, wastewater, power, chemical, poultry and phosphate. For a significant period, he was both a sales and research engineer, as well as, Corporate Treasurer of Clark & Vicario. Clark & Vicario was Nash Engineering Company's exclusive representative in the pump and paper industry, where for over 35 years he developed and implemented solutions for vacuum systems. Stephen has a patent pending on the newly designed HDPE Silencer/Separator and has previously authored a patent and co-authored two others in the area of vacuum system technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from The University of New York - Maritime College and also held licenses from the U.S. Coast Guard as Second Assistant Engineer for Steam Vessels and Third Assistant for Motor Vessels.
