I go there all the time! There is one cashier named Chelsea and she is awesome! I usually only go in if she is there. The food is great! And people make mistakes sometimes, not everybody gets everything right. I go at least once a week and before I even get inside the door she has already rung up my order and tells me my total before I get to the register. I get it quickly and it's always correct! A couple other girls and guys are not always happy to be there though. I mean I understand that people have issues in their personal lives but it should not be brought into your profession. I recommend this restaurant to all of my friends and they love it here too. It is a very friendly atmosphere and we love the retro decor!

very rude cashier acted like a snob went there and order some cherker burger and said all of them with no pickle when i left home my reciept stated no pickle tell me why there was pickles in all the burgers .i call the store to speack to a manager and some one that barely spoke english got on the phone I couldnt understand what she said .so I got so aggravated and hung up I do not eat for free I pay for my food .I felt like I was calling to some forner country unbeliveble and I could at least get sorry

love the place before it was cherkers it was mcdonalds and the staff there was so rude .went yesterday to the resturant and got a friendly smile and treament by one of the staff not shore if shes a crewmember or a manger her name was cynthis very friendly she made me fresh cup of coffee and fresh fries with no salt like I stated we need more people like that in the food service i will for shore go back agian with my family thank you checkers good job
