The Wheatley School serves more than 800 students in grades 8 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and English. The school also offers courses in business education, technology applications and conducts foreign language sessions in Spanish, French and Italian. In addition, The Wheatley School supports a variety of extracurricular programs in art, music and physical education. It also supports several sports activities, such as cross country, football, soccer, hockey, tennis, basketball, baseball, wrestling, and track and field. The school operates several student organizations, such as the National Honor Society and video, varsity and key clubs. The Wheatley School is located in Old Westbury, N.Y.
