i took my toyota highlander to the dealer for a few things , like engine light on, service of the car tire rotation oil change , i had being bringing my car here for the pass 9 years my advisor was
Andrew Panton he is a great guy always going above and beyond, very knowledgeable about his service and all around keeping me informed at all the time and making things happened ,,

After traveling to a variety of different Toyota dealers in both Queens and New Jersey, I was impressed by Westbury Toyota above all of them. They made it easy to make an appointment and were quick to connect us with a sales associate, Carlos Umana. I must admit, they did not have the exact car we wanted - the color combination we wanted is very uncommon. But they sold us on their customer service and their ability to work with us on our trade in. We were able to take the car home same day - everything went super smoothly. Would recommend Westbury to anyone!

I want give Andy Kahn special thanks to how he took care of me at Toyota of Westbury service department. It was no waiting time compare to most service center. He kept checking in to give me an update on the car and what I need and don't need to be done to the vehicle. I appreciated that and want to thank him again for doing such an excellent job. I was there on Labor Day weekend and Cris Granados and Phil Delaney did an awesome job getting everything set up with the renewal of my lease before it expired even the monthly payment went a little bit higher they helped a lot and gave me really good incentives with my new lease thank you so much to the staff of the Toyota dealer can’t do it better We are so happy to belong to the Toyota family

Everyone at Westbury Toyota was courteous, & pleasant with a friendly smile.
Christopher Granados was my sales rep and he was wonderful.
Grace Castillo completed the sale, helping me fill out and sign forms. She was also very helpful, sweet and courteous.
I would always continue to do business with Westbury Toyota.

The employees are very courteous n make you feel that you are #1 when it comes to taking care of your needs. Andrew Paton was easy to talk to n very personable. My grand daughter 8 yrs. Old was really infatuated with him. He is a great asset to your organization an feel like he will go far.Thank you Andrew Paton for making my experience easy n no stress. I recently had my 2016 RAV4 serviced at Westbury Toyota. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from being able to schedule an appointment, timely and friendly welcome by Brenda Garcia-Sandoval, who described what to expect and also updated me during the service. I will definitely return for future service. And Brenda is a true asset- she made me feel valued as a customer!

Andrew Panton is the best!!! My 2005 RAV4 had not been serviced since 2015- I had only put 5,000 miles on the car and had the oil changed as required. I explained to Andrew that I needed the techs to check this remarkable little SUV and determine what needed to be done. I fully expected this to be an expensive visit and the final bill was $1700 plus. Andrew did all he could to save me as much as possible and I truly appreciate his efforts. When I told him I didn't mind waiting 3 hours but anything more would be torture. He called and reserved a loaner for me to insure a car would be available in case the service would be lengthy. Within an hour he was back to me to advise what the techs had discovered and sent me on my way with the pre-reserved loaner. He called me in the afternoon to let me know that the car would be ready late that afternoon. He is a true gentleman and an asset to Westbury Toyota,

I just had my 2nd visit to the service department. The 1st was for a free scheduled maintenance, and the 2nd was for a NYS inspection. Both times I was helped by Brenda Garcia-Sandoval. Brenda is a phenomenal credit to Westbury Toyota. She treats me, and everyone else that she deals with like they are a family member, and like they are the only person in the shop. On both occasions, I was received promptly and with a bright smile. I don't think that I was in the waiting area more than 10 minutes when Brenda came and told me that my car was ready. I have never seen anything like this service department. I will definitely return to Westbury Toyota for any car needs that I ever have.

Hi I recently, (24 March 2017) had my 10,000 mile service for my 2016 RAV4 done at Westbury Toyota and I have to say I could not have been more pleased with the knowledge and help Service Advisor Brenda Garcia-Sandova afforded me. I would not hesitate to recommend Westbury Toyota for service to my relatives and friends.
