Stayed recently, Since it was the off season and they weren't constantly, I left a message and they called me back within the hour. Made a reservation for a kitchenette with queen bed. Very nice room and there was also a pull out futon which was a very pleasant surprise. Provided us with coffee and all kinds of good information. I had a great experience with them and will definitely go back when I am in old orchard beach again.
