Mark was able to fit us in for an annual furnace cleaning at a time that convenient for us. He was on time, friendly, and respected our space. Because we're first time homebuyers, we weren't sure what to expect, so Mark got us up to speed. He also let us know that we can expect to replace our 50 year old oil tank in the next year or so.
