AT LEAST 5 times, being late for work cause I get hung up on so rude. I read the comments and that exactly what happens. The worst taxi service I ever experience. Waste of money more importantly waste of time!! 30 minutes waiting for a taxi tht usually take 10 mins. Yet again I am late to work due to RUDE service. I don't understand how they are still in business to be honest. HORRIBLE !!!

The persons who answer the phone are rude and disorganized. Used them twice. The first time I attributed it to them being overwhelmed with calls due to the bad weather. The second time it was worse. Would rather walk barefoot in subzero temperatures than use them again.

Please don't even call them they are the worst and I'm done using them they are always late and don't care to please customers. I ask them how long they need before so that I can call to be at work on time I used to use them 4 times a week and everytime I was late to work. The person at the dispatch I wish I knew his name but he just hangs up on you each time just saying 2 more minutes. They don't care and they really suck.

My sister and I were in town for the Streetlight Manifesto shows. We used Oasis for night one from the hotel to the venue and the driver was awesome. Friendly (but not too friendly), professional, and a fair price. We made the mistake of using a different company on the way back to the hotel that night and were ripped off (charged double). We used Oasis for both trips to the next 2 nights and the remaining 4 rides with them were great. Highly recommend.
