I CALLED FIRST CLASS SPOKE WITH GREG THE OWNER MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED ON MY BMW 850. MARK AND DANNY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO DO THE JOB AT THE TIME I WAS TOLD. MARK AND DANNY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IT DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THE WINDSHIELD WAS EVER REPLACED. THEY WHERE CLEAN AND POLITE. THANK YOU SADIE P. I WILL SPEAD THE GOOD WORD TO USE FIRST CLASS AUTO GLASS.

When the windshield on my 1985 300 ZX cracked, I took a friend's recommendation and brought it to Greg at First Class. I was under the impression that the replacement would be simple; it wasn't. He pointed out that the glass cracked because of rust forming around the the framing of the windshield (which is typical in those cars). After a few days, he contacted me that the work was done. NOT ONLY did he replace the windshield, he repaired the ENTIRE framing around the glass to prevent a repeat of the rusting. The body work was excellent and I'm ecstatic with the results. He takes pride in his work and makes sure that all work is done to the customer's satisfaction. Thanks, Greg

i had a broken windshield in my bmw and greg the owner came to my house and picked up my car because it was raining. brought the car back to his shop and replaced the windshield and brought it back. would use this shop and recommend this shop to everyone who has a broken glass.

I had a crack on my windshield and needed it replaced on my Saturn. I called First Class Auto Glass and spoke to Greg, he assured me the technicians would be there in 45 minutes to do the job. The technicians "Mark & Danny" arrived on time and did an excellent job! Both tech's were very friendly and they explained exactly what they were going to do. Not knowing anything about auto glass I asked them some questions. They took the time to share their knowledge of windshield glass resistance, design, etc... I now know the glass is designed to reduce the risk of injury to the automobile's passengers because it's less likely to shatter on impact. They removed the cracked windshield, found rust on the frame and fixed it, then installed the new windshield perfectly. Needless to say I am very happy. Overall my experience with First Class was 5 Star and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

this company is a rip off.. called them and they pushed me into getting the job done.. told me the windshield would fall in on my wife as she was driving.. called another glass shop and they took time to explain how that was impossible. i would never use this company and hope you stay away
