Bought a no contract phone that we didn't like-put it back in original box with receipt (as per return policy) within a week (policy is 45 days) and this store refused to honor return. Just beware.

My experience with purchasing a scooter at this store is very, very disappointing!!!!. We got a floor model Razor scooter which did not work correctly, it ran out of power after about 3 blocks. We tried to return the scooter and the store refused to take it back. They said we needed to take it to the manufacturer. I tried and Razor doesn't give refunds unless you buy their product on line. So my daughter, who earned the money herself, is left out in the cold. A great first lesson for her is that Toys R Us will not honor a return policy and that she has to wait 6 - 8 weeks to find out if Razor will honor their warranty. In this case, this store doesn't even deserve the 1 out of 5 star rating!!!!
