The organization, based in Johnson County, Kan., has worked on projects of varying sizes in diverse areas, including offices, retail, health care, technology, justice, education, industrial, hospitality, recreation, religious, and renovation and restoration work. It staffs more than 50 employees, and can perform various standard construction activities. The company has worked with several specialty contractors for more than 30 years. Tom Saul, a draftsman, structural engineer and construction superintendent, founded Titan Construction Organization in 1975. The company began as a general contractor, utilizing design and build project delivery method. Titan Construction Organization is one of the first general contractors in the region to become the member of the Design Build Institute of America to assure quality and up-to-date knowledge for projects.
