This store used to be good but the new people are lost and not very friendly. They made me wait for 25 minutes for ONE simple question I had regarding the promotion I received in the mail the day before from their new CEO. The monitors were not working to know who's turn it is and the front girl was serving people out of order. The new assistant store manager at this location is a jerk!! Upon objecting and asking for fair service, he yelled back and said they are busy!! Yes, I could see how. While I was waiting by the door for 25 minutes, 2 counter people went out for smoke break, one went out to buy a soda, yet the assistant manager just knows how to yell back instead of trying to manage the place and keep customer satisfied. Don't think I go back. Can't wait until my year or so left to switch.
