This used to be my FAVORITE pizza restaurant! What has happened to this place?!? The customer service is horrible! I've tried to call to place an order multiple times and they ask to put me on hold and then hang up on me. When I call back and wait the 5 minutes on hold again, they ask if I'll hold. When I'm not hung up on I begin giving my order and they put me back on hold while I'm talking. The website is not working, so that's not an option either. Sad to say it, but I'm done ordering from this restaurant!

My fiance and I went to this Papa John's for the first time, and the first thing we noticed was that nobody was wearing gloves. Not even the people touching freshly hand-tossed dough. Customer service, was TERRIBLE. When we went in , we told the front cashier we would be a while because we had no idea what we wanted. So she stood there and huffed and puffed, then she passed it on to another lady so that she could go make an order. The second lady was even worse than before staring at me impatiently, so I asked are you in a hurry or something, and she LAUGHED and said yeah I'm helping in the back. At this point I had half the mind to just walk out. After ordering and getting our pizzas though, I made my decision to NEVER come back. They were cold, and barely done. Disgusting! I would not recommend this place to anyone, but perhaps it was just a bad experience.
