As I transition into retirement from Vice President of Business Services, I want to thank Mike for his inspections of Flagler College facilities located in Saint Augustine, Florida. The signature structure is the famous Henry Flagler Ponce de Leon Hotel built in 1880's. Mike has contributed to our ongoing maintenance effort with a triennial inspection. His detailed list of maintenance requirements in the areas of safety, environmental, and general maintenance allowed for budgeting and arranging our maintenance priorities.
