Banfield might not be the least expensive vet, but I love their wellness plan. Saved us lots of money. BUT that's not why I am Yelping. This office has the most amazing and caring doctors for my fur babies. it's been 3+ years since losing my Olive and they still talk about her. They're great with Pickles and my sister's dog, Jack.

I went to a Banfield in Joplin, MO and they're all about upselling. On separate occasions they have over charged me and prescribed unnecessary supplements. and I'm not going back to joplin's location. I love Olathe Banfield!

Got two new puppies. Put them on the puppy plan to help save money. What a joke! They have pointed me to an optomologist her first day! Went to go a get them fixed, they would not until I had a cardiologist clear one of them for surgery. $200 dollars at the cardiologist for 15 minutes told me they had no idea why they sent her there and she is cleared. Now, have a broken nail that started to bleed, took her in $230 dollars later she's fixed. My manicures or pedicures together don't cost that much. If you want to do yourself a favor go elsewhere. They are just trying to milk every last dime out of you, while telling you if you don't do everything they want you to, you're a horrible pet owner! DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!
