      Beginner Classes 5:30pm-7:00pm Advance Classes 7:00pm -8:30pm 2 Days-$50/month, 3 Days-$75/month, 5 Days-$125/month 1 Day Trial-$30 Includes boxing instruction and strength conditioning. Women's programs available. Boxercise for Postpartum. We also do Mentoring and Weight Counseling. Accreditation: Ace Certified. Won 3 Team Titles -3 times Running! 2 Boxers recieved Golden Gloves in Novice and Advanced! 2 boxers made it to 2nd Chance Olympic Qualifier! Sgt. Lavell Sims started his boxing career in the Army from 1992-2000.
