Estimates are NOT free. The company is very quick to come to your house and take a look at the situation the hold its hand out to ask for an $85 service fee, even though no talk of an estimate costing money was discussed.Product was ordered and I was told that it would be $x dollars. Though I did not see a written estimate, I agreed to pay that amount that was discussed on the phone. When the bill came there were added expenses for labor that were not included in the previously discussed estimate.When I contacted the company I got to speak to the owner. He was very defensive and confrontational and a hot head to say the least. From speaking to another person whom I know did business with the company, they had similar experiences with the owner.I would avoid them if possible.
