I love this fitness facility! It has a good feel to it. The equipment is always clean and I don't usually have to wait for the cardio equipment. This is a hidden jewel in OKC. Price is great and is a no frills type place. I am so glad that I moved from my old gym to here. I do use their personal training and have elevated my results. I live in Edmond and drive here!
