DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!! If you care at all about your vehicle, please do not use this service center. I brought my vehicle in to get the front fender fixed, ended up with damage all over my vehicle by how horrible this service center handled my car. I have brought my vehicle in 3 separate times now to get the scratches fixed that this service center caused. I STILL HAVE DAMAGE TO MY CAR! New damage to my door handle and scratches all over my trunk caused by them. Please, for the love of God, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER!

My son was in a car accident (rear ended at a red light) with a driver insured by Progressive. Both were taken to the hospital. After over a year, my son is still getting calls from the hospital. The agent at Progressive is unresponsive to our requests to contact the hospital and stop the calls.
