For the price, it's very nice! The hours are great also, now for the person that sweats a lot they allow you to wear a ball cap, but really not much other head gear. A little crazy to me, but there it is! You don't have the power to change the channels on the televisions, as you do your cardio. Nor do they rotate the music channels, if you don't have an Ipod to listen to. Once again don't be mistaken, for the price and cleanliness. It's worth the investment in your health.
