Was recommended by Oreily's on 39th & Meridian. Made an appt for ball joints on my Durango, dropped it off & was told it was up on the lift at 9:30 am & was told it would be done by 5pm. 5 pm I show up my car is still on the lift & I was told the mechanic was getting parts. I was told it was going to be another 3 hours & or pick it up the next day. A lot of excuses & finally I got my car back @ 8:30pm. Horrible customer service. The owner Paul took no accountability in fact he took off after I got there & he was asked to come back after Q the mechanic called him. Since I left this shop I had another mechanic take a look they did not add the zert fittings on upper or lower ball joints & I had to do them myself and grease them because when I was told by the owner to come back Q the mechanic refused to do the work. Tonight I hit 1 Okc finest pot holes & my tire falls off due to improper install of my ball joints. Glad I wasn't on the hwy w/ my kids. no star is deserved.
