We can handle Refi's, HELOC's and standard Home Loan Documents. For private or personal, services fees start at $75.00 per loan. This to include travel up to 20 miles. A fee of $3.00 per mile thereafter. For businesses, fees are $50.00 per loan for in office with a minimum of 3 loans per day.For businesses, fees start at $75.00 per loan out of the office.
