SO HONEST AND ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Could not find anyone to repair or recondition my 2002 Ford Thunderbird 6CD changer. Ford was no help - they do not support or care for that matter if the 6CD changer is repaired or replaced - they do not support their own product. A search on the internet, with I have no idea how many hundreds of clicks from site to site, nobody would even work on the Ford CD Changer until I found Mobile Tech. One phone call and I was assured they could probably repair it. I found a local electronics shop to remove it and I shipped out of state. Not only did they immediately come back to me with an estimate which was extremely reasonable but they did the repair immediately and shipped back to me. Local shop reinstalled and it worked perfect. My experience with Charles & Greg at Mobile Tech was the best. I highly recommend them , I could not have had a better experience. .
