I have used Adam Bunch as my marketplace agent for 3 years. The last year has been such a disappointment with Adam. He has consistently not returned calls after multiple messages, has procrastinated or just forgot to file documents, has not ponied up and accepted responsibility for poor performance. Has whined multiple times about too many customers I work to much, or my personal favorite the Marketplace screwed up again. Sometimes all I want to hear is just sorry and I will fix this. He was good the first year or two but he has lost all his desire for detail in my opinion. My suggestion, especially for health insurance is to find someone more seasoned and has more concerns for customer satisfaction.
