This is the worse place to ever live. It is clear that all the property owner wants to do is take the monthly rent money and do nothing in return for it. If there are any problems with your apartment (maintenance or otherwise or if they make a mistake with posting your rent payment) the manager is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and unwilling to help you. It takes months for them to respond to your needs. The manager is a total lair. They prey on the elderly making sure they (management) are always right! DO NOT BE FOOLED by the low prices for the apartments either. You pay all utilities here, unlike any place ever rented. You pay electricity, gas, water/sewage/trash, cable, and apartment alarm security. Both electricity and gas bills here are horrible. Here's a tip...walk quickly away from this place it's not worth your time.
