They will email, text & call you the day before the service if it is requested. They come out and do free resprays if the weeds are not dying out after 2 weeks. Auto-pay makes it so easy to pay my bill, I don't even have to worry about forgetting! They are always professional and courteous whether in the field or in the office! Whom ever posted previously must be reviewing a different company!

Do Not Use This Company! I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to in order to post! Beware as they get your credit card information and charge you without prior approval or authorization!! Brandon is the contact we were given with Elite and he's as unethical as they get as well as he avoids your calls and doesn't return calls! I can't stress enough that you should be very careful even considering this company for your lawn care needs! Trespassing, charging your card, saying you have a contract when they can't furnish you a copy. They don't contact you to get prior approval to get on your property or to let you know they're scheduling your home, saying they've treated your yard completely and being charged a full amount when the truth is that they only spot treated! They are not to be trusted at all!
