Absolutely horrible!! I placed an order and paid for it by credit card they said will be there within 40 min...pretty standard right....an hour and a half later no pizza. I called the store and said hey guys where is my pizza some kid told me "It may have left or it may not have I dont know" I said you have to be kidding me then I asked when it would be heading out and they said we have no idea...so I told them I was on my way I left work went to get my pizza once there they wouldnt give me my pizza because of my bad attitude. The owner said this is a franchise I dont have to answer to anyone. I left with no pizza and no refund!

With Ivars all over the Puget Sound area, it's easy to fulfill those occasional fried fish cravings. For dining in or to go, there's a good selection of fried fish, shrimp, clams, chowder (in a bread bowl if you like) and even a side caesar salad. The shrimp cocktail and crab cocktail is always a treat. While Ivars is a little on the expensive side for fast food, it beats a burger anytime. The Federal Way location has a wonderful staff, and Nancy always remembers my name even if I haven't been in for awhile.
