I took my car to Dent Source because; I had a friend who had recently had some work done. They made it really simple. There was no wait for the estimate; it took about 10-15 minutes to look at the car and about 10 for them to write it out for me. The hard part was over and the rest was left to them. It took a little longer than what I originally anticipated but at the end of the day my car looks great! Thanks a lot guys, Ill be using you if I ever need it again and definitely sending people your way!

Naturally thinking that things werent going to get done right since it was taking so long I began to worry. However, they called and let me know every step of the way what was going on, and made sure everything was handled correctly for me. i.e., A local The very first thing I noticed about Dent Source was the friendly voice over the phone. I was able to come in that day for an estimate on my car that took approx. 15 all together. The front desk girls kept me engaged in conversation while I waited which was a plus and the Owner of the company Mike was hands on in the shop and I definitely liked seeing that. They were able to put in supplement on my insurance for details that they had missed and all I had to pay was my deductible. They really showed a high level of hospitality from offering coffee, a comfortable sitting room, and a casual; yet professional dialog. The family feel is what stands out the most as if your own brother or father were working on your vehicle. Two days later I picked up my car and could not believe the quality of work that was done on my vehicle. They even repaired things that were not part of the estimate. I was needing some work done on my severly hail damaged vehicle and was recommended to Dent Source by a friend who had used them last year. I went in for the estimate and was happy to meet the owner Mike and some of the crew that works there. They were all very personable and made my wait very entertaining. I received the estimate a short time later and was very pleased with the price. When I got my vehicle back I was amazed at the work that was done and had no idea that I would look so good. I hope I never have this problem again but I know if I do that I will go right back to Dent Source!!!

i.e., A loI went in the other day to Dent Source to get an estimate on my 2013 Dodge Charger that had moderate hail damage and was impressed with the staff immediatly. Everyone was friendly and accomidating. It took about 10 minutes for the inspection and about five miutes for the estimate to be totally done. I was shown the estimate and had everything explained in detail. I left my car there and two days later my Charger was just like new again. I recently went to Dent Source after getting ridicules quotes from other places for what would have been low quality of work. Most places I went to told me that my dents would be worked on but they would never be back to normal. I was told by one company that I had over a thousand dents on the roof and I asked him to show me and he stumbled over his words and made excuses for the lie he had just told me. I got hit pretty hard in the last hailstorm and really wanted to get the dents taken out of my Lexus that was a birthday present from my grandparents. I saw the commercials for Dent Source and decided to go get one of their free estimates and was shocked to find out that not only did they seem really confident that their technicians could make my car look new again, they also gave me a very reasonable estimate for the amount of work that would be done to my vehicle. The estimate with Dent Source showed that I had about 600 dents on the roof of my car and they were able to show me exactly where they were and how they got their count which was obviously less than the other companies' quote. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the knowledge they had in their business. As soon as you walk in you can sense the friendly atmosphere as if they want to help you instead of the "you need me" attitude that I got from most other places. I asked many questions and all of them were answered with confidence and assurance. The technicians began the work on my car as soon as I dropped it off and just as they said, four days later I was called to come pick up my car. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work the dent removal technicians did. My car looks like it did before the hailstorm and I could not be more excited about the service I got from Dent Source. I have two friends that also went to Dent Source after I showed them my car and they are equally impressed with the work that was done on their vehicles. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseWhat an ordeal it is to have a storm come through and tear up everything you own. The roof of my home was nearly ripped off, the siding had holes all the way though, and windows were smashed and broken. My vehicle looked like it was beat with a baseball bat, as well as my wife's and daughter's. The insurance company was easy to deal with on the house, because I didn't have to be there for the adjuster, but my when it came to the vehicles it was kind of a pain in the rear. Once we got through that process we went looking for places to repair the vehicles, which would be body shops. Most everywhere we went told us they couldn't get to it right away, which was understandable being that the storms were still recent. Most if not all the body shops wanted to schedule us out 2-3 months and then said that the would require us to leave our vehicle(s) up to 30 days, some cases even more. I heard in the past that there was several techniques such as dry ice and freon and a hair dryer. I did some research on this and stumbled across "paintless dent removal", I found this intriguing. So I found a couple of companies around the metro area. I went to a couple of places in Edmond area and found that a few company's that seemed to represent themselves as "local" companies, were actual quite the opposite. Some from Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, and anywhere but here. I don't personal like the idea of people coming from other states and praying on us in a time of natural disaster. So I did a little more investigating and found 2-3 companies that are established here. I would name the others, but feel since I ended up doing business with Dent Source that it wouldn't be fair to name drop. I did however go to a couple of other places. Here are few of the reasons I did NOT choose the others. Dent Source was the only Paintless Dent Removal company that did a computer generated estimate, same as all the body shops. One of the other places I had to wait outside for my car to get estimated, at the time it was hot outside. Dent Source has great waiting area, the had plenty of seating for everybody that was there when I was getting my eastimate, they had a nice tv on the wall, with plenty of magazines to thumb through. Dent Source appeared to be the only professional Hail company, the others were wearing work cloths or had attitudes that made them seem more frustrated that they had to write an estimate then do something else on their agenda. I felt like some of the other companies didn't even do a thorough estimate. There was a-lot of damage and I felt like it should have taken more then 5 minutes to write down an estimate. Bottom line, I decided to go with Dent Source because of a few factors. First off, the have a great waiting area with air conditioning, magazines, a coke machine, fresh coffee and a great overall atmosphere. Secondly, they did a computer generated estimate on my vehicle in about 10-15 minutes and answered all of my questions about the time it would take, how the did the repair, what I could expect my vehicle to look like when it was done, if I had to deal with the insurance company or not, and scheduling. They didn't make me feel stupid, like some of the body shops and other companies did. Third, the staff was wonderful to deal with. They were a cheerful bunch that seemed to get along well with each other. My overall experience with Dent Source was great. I had them repair all 3 of my vehicles, one at a time, which worked out good for me and my family. All 3 vehicles look just as if they did before the storm. I did pick up one of my vehicles and a door trim piece didn't get replaced. It was an easy fix, I just called and they told me they had ordered the part and apologized for their oversight. They sent a young gentleman out to my work and he changed it out while I talked to him about the weather. They also gave me a free car wash at Red Carpet for it. Dent Source is great company th

I got a fantastic estimate on what I considered to be major damage. I was told the repairs would take up to 5 days and was surprised when I was called to come pick up my car at the end of the third day. I was sceptical of what the work would look like and must say I was blown away by the quality of work the Dent Source crew did.
