I would NOT recommend Computer Masters to my worst enemy!!! Back in October we took our family computer in to be fixed and they erased our hard drive with out our consent, I lost all of my music and most importantly all of my family pics. We than gave them back the computer so they could recover what was lost, this took 3 months!!!! Now we have to go through files to look for what they erased (this will take a whole weekend) I can say that Steve is good guy and did give me a refund on the labor but the rest of the employees need to work on their customer service skills!!!!!

PROS: I've bought a few parts from them in the past. Normally average prices, not as cheap as NewEgg but since its local and you can get it same day its a fair deal. Staff is knowledgeable. As for their computer repair service I can't say how good they are on that as I perform my own repairs and building. But from what I have heard they are good and with fair rates. All round good local business. Also have a small but diverse assortment of cases.CONS: Would be nicer if they had a larger selection in parts. They normally tend to carry one maybe two brand of various parts and normally its not the latest version. Not "the" store to go to if you plan to buy all your major parts like Mobo, Processor, GPU, etc. Do to limits in type and price. OVERALL: Great place for your random parts you need replaced or for a little troubleshooting assistance.
