I thought the same thing as previous post states, until I relapsed was shooting up I broke down and called her, she paid for my visit herself, she does care just stressed by life in general like all of us, she helped me personally numerous times to keep my meds, I am in a treatment program now partly due to her advice. It's a headache but not more than scoring drugs and losing ur child home car parents wallet and self worth.

have been going to Dr Baldwin for almost six months now. I cannot complain about the wait times at my appointments or Dr. Baldwin, but the one thing that makes the experience unenjoyable is his assistant Emily. She is extremely callous and rude and acts like she does NOT want to be there, nor be dealing with any of her patients. Having to get help for opiate addiction is a hard situation in itself and having someone treat you like all you are is a junkie and the only thing they care about is your money is a little resiculous when youre paying $165 a month for the appointment alone. Dr. Baldwin though genuinely seems to care about his patients and their wellbeing. he has helped me when I went through a rough situation with my medicine and he is very persistent on seeking other treatment to go with the meds such as meetings, a sponsor, etc. He made me realize that the medicine alone cannot change my life, i need support in other aspects as well. all around, i rate my experience here a 2, it would be a full 4 if it were not for his uncompassionate, rude assistant.
