This was my first and last time doing business with B&B. I had major issues with the french doors and sidelites they built. I had to have the door repaired once and the sidelite repaired twice. The second time they rebuilt the sidelite they completely rebuilt the it, only this time they built it taller than the other doors so it would not even fit in the door opening. I never was able to use the doors and they refused to refund my money. Also if your project has a dealine they are very bad about doing things when they say they will. Expect your project to be delayed. My door was delivered more than a week late and every time they did my repairs they did not return the doors when they said they would.
