So first, I CALLED this business. I discussed my printer repair needs with Mr. Johnson, who said he could look at my printer "right away" if I could bring it on over. When I got there, he confessed that he had not seen a printer "exactly" like mine before. That did NOT matter, as it turned out, because he still had my problem diagnosed and REPAIRED in less than 20 minutes! I would certainly go back to this place again if I had a similar problem and I heartily recommend this business to anyone else having difficulties with their business machines.
