I highly recommend this PNC bank, after being highly dissatisfied with the local 5/3rd branch for a multitude of reasons I switched all of our accounts to this PNC branch. Sumeet was extremely helpful in getting everything taken care of in a very short period of time. I was greeted by name whenever I entered the bank by Sumeet, and got to know several of the tellers as well. The customer service here is first rate.
